I. Enlarging Graph and Downsizing Menu
J. Peak Selection Menu
It displays the calculated IR, VCD, NMR spectra.
Set menu is activated depending on selected spectra. It is possible to change the set value in order to reflect to the bottom table and right spectra screen.
Select wanted spectra. Speak peak will be shown on the right screen. The upper right screen is IR spectra screen.
The bottom is spectra screen when VCD is selected.
The bottom is spectra screen when NMR is selected.
It is activated when selecting IR spectra. If checked, it will show spectra by setting the maximum intensity of data to be 100.
When changing check setting, it is reflected to the bottom table and right spectra graph.
When selecting IR or VCD spectra, it is activated and it needs to set the ratio of frequency value. When setting it to be 0.96, it comes to results similar to experimental data.
When changing setting, it is reflected to the bottom table and right spectra graph.
When selecting IR and VCD spectra, it is activated to determine the width of spectra peak. Decreasing value will narrow the width. Increasing it will widen the width.
When changing setting value, it will reflect to the right spectra graph.
It is activated when selecting NMR spectra, which is necessary when selecting only wanted peaks of atom.
When changing setting, it is reflected to the bottom table and right spectra graph.
It is activated when selecting NMR spectra. It sets a base substance of each element when selecting an element of atom. When selecting a base substance, Shielding value is displayed as the difference of base substance.
When changing setting, it is reflected to the bottom table and right spectra graph.
It displays frequency and intensity values that are correctly reflected to the set values.
When selecting an atom that needs to be examined, the color of relevant data peaks will change and be highlighted on the right spectra screen. When selecting data peak on the right spectra screen, relevant atom in the left table will be highlighted.
If graph expansion/reducing menu disappeared, set it to show the menu.
It will show a spectra graph that reflects correct setting values.
It is possible to set such as expanding, reducing or restoring spectra graph to its original condition. Or it is also possible to disappear the menu window. Once menu window disappears, click 'Zoom Chart' button to pop it up again.
Also, if it is necessary to expand a section, drag it with a mouse to expand spectra graph.
Check or uncheck data line or a peak to see only wanted peaks.
